I love this sauce. I use it as mayo in countless recipes. It will keep for a few days in the fridge, but it is so easy to make, I usually make just enough for the meal and leftovers.
Tahini is sesame paste. Look for it in the health food section of Fred Meyer, or in an Indian Grocery Store.
3 heaping tablespoons tahini Put the tahini and garlic in a bowl and with a fork, gradually
6 tablespoons water beat in the water and lemon juice. The mixture will be lumpy
3 tablespoons lemon juice at first but will gradually get light and fluffy as you beat in the
1-3 cloves crushed garlic liquid.
